Meet Liz
A guiding principle for me is a quote from my Nana- “We are all here to help each other through.” For every one of us there is a time when extra support is beneficial. I bring over ten years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in the greater Baltimore area.
Before becoming a therapist I taught in both middle and high school classrooms. I enjoyed teaching social emotional learning and was introduced to school social work by a colleague. Inspired, I then returned to the classroom for my own schooling to earn my Master of Social Work degree in 2015. Since then I have worked in community mental health clinics, schools from elementary to college, and now in private practice for the past two years.
When I am not in the office you can find me hiking with my two dogs, playing with my daughter, or working on my next embroidery project.
